The short version

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or using the Searix Trade mobile app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Searix Trade is

Searix Trade is a mobile companion for trading on supported Solana on-chain markets. It provides live market data, execution-quality context, pre-trade simulation, and a record of your own trade receipts. It routes trades through third-party execution infrastructure, including the Phoenix order book and the Jupiter aggregator, and requests the final signature from your own connected wallet.

This website is a product landing page. It does not execute trades, connect wallets, or hold funds — that functionality lives only in the mobile app.

3. Non-custodial, self-custody service

Searix Trade never asks for, receives, or stores your private key or seed phrase. You alone are responsible for your wallet, its private key, and any transaction you authorize. We cannot reverse a signed transaction, recover a lost key, or access funds on your behalf under any circumstance.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that using Searix Trade, and trading on Solana generally, is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not offered to anyone in a jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful, or to anyone on an applicable sanctions list.

5. Not financial advice

Nothing in Searix Trade — including quality signals, premium/peg indicators, price charts, or execution previews — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. These are informational tools describing market conditions as observed; they do not guarantee a trade's outcome, an asset's safety, or future performance. Make your own decisions, and consider speaking with a qualified advisor.

6. Execution previews and simulation

Before you sign, Searix Trade simulates your intended trade against an independent RPC to surface likely failures in advance. Simulation can catch many problems, but it cannot guarantee a submitted transaction will succeed — network conditions, liquidity, and market prices can change between a preview and final confirmation. A transaction you sign and submit is yours; Searix Trade's preview is a best-effort check, not a guarantee.

7. Fees

Searix Trade may apply a platform fee on trades executed through the app (currently up to 0.15%, shown before you sign), separate from Solana network fees and any fee charged by the execution venue itself. Fee collection may or may not be active at any given time; the app's Profile screen always states the current, real status honestly — we do not advertise a fee as active if it isn't being collected. Future paid tiers, if introduced, will be disclosed with their own terms before you're charged.

8. Risks you accept

Using Searix Trade and trading on Solana involves real risk, including:

• Cryptocurrency and tokenized-asset prices are volatile and can move sharply and unpredictably.
• Smart contracts, order books, and aggregators Searix Trade routes through (Phoenix, Jupiter, and others) are third-party systems we do not control and are not responsible for operating.
• Tokenized stock products may trade at a premium or discount to their underlying reference asset; a quality signal flags this condition, it does not fix or prevent it.
• Network congestion, RPC downtime, or wallet issues can delay or prevent a transaction independent of anything Searix Trade does.
• A signed and submitted transaction cannot be undone by Searix Trade or anyone else.

You use the Service, and trade, entirely at your own risk.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to interfere with or disrupt its operation (including attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls), to misrepresent your identity or wallet ownership, or to use it for market manipulation, money laundering, or any other illicit activity.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Market data, charts, and quality signals are provided for information and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Searix Trade and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your interaction with third-party protocols, wallets, or RPC providers.

12. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Searix Trade operates.
